austrian home baked goods

Making the Dough

I'm Tina Weselý and I moved together with my husband Alex to the US beginning of 2020.
I’m from Vorarlberg, which is the most western state of Austria and there I learned the craft of being a cook. After I finished my apprentice I switched to working in sales, but my real passion always was with the sweet side of the Austrian cuisine. I improved my skills back at home baking birthday cakes, wedding cakes and more for my friends and family in my spare time.
Now being in the USA, I have the possibility to bring those Austrian home baked goods such as Sachertorte (Chocolate cake), Linzer (Nut cake with jam), Apfelstrudel (Apple strudel), Zopf (Sweet braided bread) and more to you with my Home Baking Business.

You can find “kuacha & meh”, which is Austrian Dialect for “Cake and more”, every 2nd and 4th Saturday at the Broad Ripple Farmers Market. You can also place an order for porch pickup. And every now and then I do a porch pop up sale!

Looking forward to meet you!
