I'm back from Austria and look forward to bake for you again this year! As you may have read in my last post, I need to take things slowly and not jump right back into full baking mode. This means that I'm currently not offer special customer orders or porch pick-up. You are more than welcome to pre-order anything from my market menu for pick-up at the market. I apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope for your understanding. I really look forward to bake again and hopefully my body will agree with me!🙂 I'm at the Broad Ripple Farmers Market every 2nd and 4th Saturday from 9 to noon. (Please place your order until Tuesday before the Market).

Zopf is a traditional braided sweet yeast bread from Austria. This classic braided bread is lightly sweet and soft on the inside. Zopf is usually enjoyed with a little unsalted butter, some fruit jam, or both. Some people also like eating it on its own or with other breakfast spreads. This also makes great French Toast!
