Linzer (Batter made of ground hazelnuts and winter spices, filled with raspberry jam & finished with a lattice top)
Apple Strudel (Hand streched strudel dough filled with apples, hazelnuts, raisins & spices)
Shortbread Cookie (A Shortbread Cookie filled with raspberry or apricot jam & dusted with powdered sugar)
Gingerbread Heart à la "Oktober Fest" (Traditional Austrian Gingerbread decorated with sugar icing)
