Topfentascherl is a traditional Austrian pastry, which is a sweet, folded and filled yeast pastry. It is normally filled with Topfen (a type of soft, fresh cheese similar to quark or ricotta) but I use Skyr (because good Topfen is pretty rare to find in the US) mixed with sugar, eggs, vanilla, lemon and raisins.4.00 USD
